Ignacio Pérez
Research Assistant
Ignacio is a designer from Chile currently based in Switzerland. He holds a Bachelor of Design from PUC (Santiago, CL) and a BA in Media & Interaction Design from ECAL (Lausanne, CH). His interests include physical and digital interfaces, human-computer interaction, web technologies and coding.
He is currently pursuing an MAS in Design Research for Digital Innovation at the EPFL+ECAL Lab. His research focus is on exploring the use of algorithmic emplotment techniques to connect personal, collective and cultural identities with the historical archives of the Canton of Fribourg (CH), the final goal is to facilitate these narratives through a digital installation.
